I use a wacom tablet and Corel Painter X-- the tinting brush and palate knife. :)

AHh, I have returned to DA, and finally gotten around to clearing out my inbox... and so glad I did! This is absolutely stunning, really. I love the colour palette that you've used, ans the way that the image contrasts in colour. The hand looks so real! I love it :D
